Q: What happens to my deposit if my plans change?
A: We understand that life happens! Your $200 deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your child's scheduled start date. After that point, the deposit becomes non-refundable but will be applied to your first month's tuition. If Adventure Kingdom Academy cannot open as scheduled due to circumstances beyond your control, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Q: When do I need to make my final decision?
A: Founding Family enrollment closes when we reach our 30-family limit or 30 days before opening (whichever comes first). However, we recommend securing your spot as early as possible since we're accepting families on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve your spot now with just the $200 deposit and finalize enrollment details closer to opening.
Q: Can I add additional children later?
A: Absolutely! Founding Families receive priority enrollment for additional children, even after we open. You'll get first access to any available spots before we offer them to the general waiting list. Additional children from Founding Families also receive a 10% sibling discount on top of your locked-in Founding Family rates.
Q: What if the center doesn't open on schedule?
A: While we're confident in our Fall 2025 opening timeline, if unforeseen circumstances delay our opening, Founding Families will be notified immediately. You'll have the option to either:
