We’re excited to partner with you in your child’s early learning journey. Below is everything you need to know to enroll your child:

Enrollment Fee:
A non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 is required to secure your child’s spot. -
Tuition and Payment:
Tuition is billed weekly, and payment is due by Monday of each week. We accept checks, credit cards, and electronic payments. -
Start Date:
Once enrollment is complete and the enrollment fee is received, your child’s start date will be confirmed.

What documents are required for enrollment?A: Upon application, you will need to provide the following documents: A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate or other proof of age. Up-to-date immunization records compliant with state requirements. Completed emergency contact and medical information forms. Signed acknowledgment of our Parent Handbook policies.

Is there an enrollment fee?A: Yes, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 is required to reserve your child’s placement in the program. This fee must be paid at the time of application submission.

What is the tuition payment schedule?A: Tuition fees are billed on a weekly basis and are due on Mondays. Payment may be made via check, credit card, or electronic funds transfer. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Are there any financial aid or scholarship opportunities?A: Adventure Kingdom Academy offers limited financial assistance based on need and availability. Interested families should contact the Admissions Office for application details and deadlines. Additionally, families may seek assistance through the local Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) for the Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program, which provides subsidies for eligible families. When will I be notified of my child’s acceptance?A: Once we have received your completed application, required documentation, and enrollment fee, your child’s placement will be reviewed. Confirmation of acceptance and start date will be provided within two weeks of application completion.

Can I withdraw my child after enrollment?A: Yes, however, we request written notice at least two weeks prior to your child’s last day of attendance. Tuition payments are non-refundable, and additional withdrawal policies can be found in the Parent Handbook.

What if my child has special needs or requires accommodations?A: We are committed to inclusivity and invite families to discuss any special requirements during the enrollment process to ensure we can provide appropriate support.
